“Needed a new furnace and A/C installed. Ty came out and gave a good estimate that matched a competitor but Finzel was going to build a 6 inch platform for the furnace that the other company was not. A third estimate was 2000 higher and rejected by us. The team arrived on schedule and did a fine job installing the new furnace and A/C. The furnace was tested and running when they left but the next morning we had no heat. Called them and Ty came out in about 1/2 hour and had to reprogram our thermostat and change some wiring in the furnace and everything is working fine now. Thanks for the quick response. The A/C unit will be finished by them when the weather is a little warmer they will come and get that operational. The furnace I like. The variable blower is very quiet and we only hear the furnace when the blower is full blast. The house heats up quicker than it used to so happy with that. When definitely recommend Finzel to others.”
