“We just had a complete replacement of our heating and air conditioning systems. We chose Finzel's because of its employees. Our first experience was with Adam and Caden for some minor service estimates. Repairs were made by Caden who was on time and very informative. While our heating system was working, we later decided to proactively replace our 42-old-furnace. After accepting a reasonable estimate by Finzel, the installation was provided by Nels, Blake, Alex, and Jason. We were impressed by the overall teamwork of the group and how they approached the installation. Despite some unanticipated challenges, the job was completed on time. We would recommend Finzel any time for heating and cooling installation, repairs, and maintenance.”

“Alex, Jason and Blake installed a new air conditioner in our house. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and efficient. Very friendly. We were completely satisfied with their work. They removed the old unit. They cleaned up before they left. They made sure everything was in working order before they left. The guys made sure that we understood the workings of the new unit and new coils in the furnace. We will definitely recommend your company and these young men. It’s very comfortable in our now. Thanks guys.

Our sales representative DJ reviewed our system and delivered a professional no pressure proposal that took into account our needs and budget. “Nothing but praise for Finzel’s. They had the best price on my new a/c and furnace units. Their install crew, Blake, Jason and Alex were complete professionals. They showed up on time and finished a bit earlier than anticipated. They were polite, knowledgeable and took the time to write critical operational info on my units using a black marker. That’s a huge plus for me to have all of that info right there in plain sight. The install went smooth and I’m enjoying the benefits of my new Trane A/C as we speak.
