“This review is for maintenance as well as a replacement. Alex and Blake came out to the house and if I could give them an eight, I probably would. They were professional, courteous, and very, very efficient. When they came in to do the maintenance, they found a problem that we suspected existed. Options were discussed without pressure but with a copious amount of information that we needed to make the correct decision. When they returned to put in the new replacement, they were extremely efficient and professional. They explained all that they did, asking if we had any questions and making sure that we understood completely what had been done. They cleaned up and took with them everything so we did not have to dispose of anything at all. Finzel’s is a company that I would highly recommend to anybody needing heating and cooling work.”
