“My furnace stopped working Saturday night before Christmas.
I called DTE service plan and was scheduled for Sunday 8am-3pm.
Got a call from Mathew at 11am and received a text picture of him.
He arrived promptly and found a seized inducer fan right away.
The part had to be ordered. Got a text Monday morning
that they were coming around 10am.
Eric arrived and after picture text and fixed the problem.
Also cleaned a gas sensor probe and checked for other issues.
I highly recommend for an all around great service
by people who know what they are doing and how to treat a customer.

“Adam arrived to work on a chronic furnace issue. Three other companies have tried to repair it over the last year, with no solution. Adam arrived and immediately told me with cautious confidence that he would be able to fix it. Polite and professional, he told me that he trained on my furnace design. “We just had a complete replacement of our heating and air conditioning systems. We chose Finzel's because of its employees. Our first experience was with Adam and Caden for some minor service estimates. Repairs were made by Caden who was on time and very informative. While our heating system was working, we later decided to proactively replace our 42-old-furnace. After accepting a reasonable estimate by Finzel, the installation was provided by Nels, Blake, Alex, and Jason. We were impressed by the overall teamwork of the group and how they approached the installation. Despite some unanticipated challenges, the job was completed on time. We would recommend Finzel any time for heating and cooling installation, repairs, and maintenance.”
