When AAC (HVAC) Services merged with Finzel to provide even better services for Metro Detroit, we were skeptical at first, we proceeded to make an appointment. On Thursday, October 10, 2024, we had our routine boiler maintenance done to ensure optimal performance. When the boiler technician arrived to our resident, we were greeted by a familiar face, Cadan; that quickly ease our fear of what type of services we will receive.

He is an expert in his field and he is willing to share in-depth knowledge with customers in an informative but not condescending way. He is always prepared when he arrives, so he can work effectively, efficiently and save time. He is positive, enthusiastic, communicates clearly and leaves detailed work orders.
