“My furnace stopped working Saturday night before Christmas.
I called DTE service plan and was scheduled for Sunday 8am-3pm.
Got a call from Mathew at 11am and received a text picture of him.
He arrived promptly and found a seized inducer fan right away.
The part had to be ordered. Got a text Monday morning
that they were coming around 10am.
Eric arrived and after picture text and fixed the problem.
Also cleaned a gas sensor probe and checked for other issues.
I highly recommend for an all around great service
by people who know what they are doing and how to treat a customer.
