“7 year old boiler had an issue regulating heat in one of the zones in our house. Caden came out the same day the service call was made, and diagnosed the problem but had to order a part. We had an additional problem with the heat, and Caden was able to come back earlier than expected (next day instead of 2 day wait) to install the part and get our boiler back in working order. Very pleased how prompt the service was.”

Just in awe at their amazing job that I'm almost speechless! Knowing who was showing up with pictures once dispatched, their names, and the time frame til they arrived! I hope they all know, as well as the company, how thankful I am and hope they know how much they are appreciated and could make someone's day! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!! They actually cared and it was noticeable!”

“Adam arrived to work on a chronic furnace issue. Three other companies have tried to repair it over the last year, with no solution. Adam arrived and immediately told me with cautious confidence that he would be able to fix it. Polite and professional, he told me that he trained on my furnace design. Within minutes of looking at my system, he knew EXACTLY what was the issue… ordered parts, and two days later was installing them…. The system is working like new. Future needs will be handled by Finzel's permanently. THANK YOU!”
“Caden was awesome. He was punctual, polite and diagnosed the problem with my furnace humidifier immediately. He also suggested replacing an internal screen to avoid future problems. I have used Finzel’s 3 times for various issues and have always been satisfied.”
